Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF BIG TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS RANGING FROM REQUIREMENTS TO ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT, TESTING TO DEPLOYMENT, AND BEYOND AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, INCLUDING MANAGING TEAMS THAT MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES WITHIN THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE. MANAGE DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS; DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS. PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS; CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH; ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES; PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES; ESTIMATE TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. IMPROVE INTERNAL PROCESSES, AND PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: MANAGING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF BIG TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS RANGING FROM REQUIREMENTS TO ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT, AND TESTING TO DEPLOYMENT AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS, UTILIZING SDLC WATERFALL AND AGILE METHODS & TOOLS; MANAGING AND DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, INCLUDING MANAGING TEAMS THAT PARTICIPATE IN: THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN & FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES WITHIN THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE, UTILIZING HP QC ALM, JIRA, MICROSOFT VISIO AND SDLC SCRUM PROCESS, AND AGILE SPRINT PLANNING; MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS, AND DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS; MANAGING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES; PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES; MANAGING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES UTILIZING ORACLE CLOUD CPQ CONFIG, ORACLE CLOUD CPQ PRICING, ORACLE CLOUD CPQ QUOTING, SALESFORCE.COM SALES, SALESFORCE.COM CPQ AND APTTUS CONFIGURE PRICE QUOTE (CPQ) AND ESTIMATING TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK; DEVELOPING, MAINTAINING, AND MANAGING PROJECT SCHEDULE AND DELIVERABLES FOR CLIENTS USING PROJECT PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND RELEASE AND CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT; INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING PARTICIPATORY DESIGN WORKSHOPS; AND CREATING PLANS TO MITIGATE RISKS AND ISSUES OVER THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT, AND MANAGING THE SCOPE USING CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES INCLUDING SCOPE MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT STATUS ASSESSMENTS METHODOLOGIES;
