Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Customer Strategy & Applied Design in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

Manage information technology projects including the design and prototype of customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios; engage in research and analysis to derive insight on the needs of diverse customers to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration and growth in specific targeted geographies. Manage the design of product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, and finance. Manage the design of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Customer Sales, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis; manage teams that develop advanced dashboard functionalities including Deal Management and Promotion Effectiveness functionalities. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors for information technology projects and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements 

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, any STEM field, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of related work experience. Must have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Managing day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients; Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices; Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance and performing year-end reviews; Managing teams to deliver advanced presentations, data analysis and visualizations, customer research and insights, product roadmaps and other client deliverables utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau and testing and research tools including Alpha, Remesh, and Expert Phone Interviews; Managing project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing JIRA, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams; and Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Agile Methodologies, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
