Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Customer Strategy & Applied Design in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE DIGITAL AND SERVICE UX/UI (USER EXPERIENCE AND USER INTERFACE) DESIGN, PRACTICING A RIGOROUS DESIGN PROCESS THAT INCLUDES ETHNOGRAPHIC RESEARCH, SYNTHESIS, INSIGHT GENERATION, IDEATION, DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING; UTILIZE THESE DESIGNS TO DRIVE INNOVATIVE AND TRANSFORMATIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS THAT ADDRESS THEIR NEXT GENERATIONAL NEEDS. MODERNIZE BUSINESS AND CORE ENVIRONMENTS TO LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIONS ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS; MANAGE THE DESIGN OF MODERN AND INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS TO DELIVER OUTCOMES THAT IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY, SCALABILITY AND COST MANAGEMENT USING CONVERSATIONAL USER INTERFACE AUGMENTED, VIRTUAL OR MIXED REALITY AND MOTION DESIGN. MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. MANAGE DAY-TO-DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS AND DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS. PARTICIPATE IN AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. IMPROVE INTERNAL PROCESSES AND PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE.

Requirments

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

DRIVING USER-CENTERED DESIGN (UCD) PROCESS METHODS TO CREATE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FROM CONCEPT TO LAUNCH. LEVERAGING EMERGING TECHNOLOGICAL TRENDS, INCLUDING PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS, COGNITIVE ANALYTICS, AND MACHINE LEARNING TO DEVELOP CREATIVE SOLUTIONS TO PRESSING CLIENT. MANAGING THE DESIGN OF HIGH-FIDELITY CONCEPTS AND PRESENTING CONTENT TO STAKEHOLDERS, ADDRESSING CLIENTS NEEDS TO DRIVE TOWARD A DECISION. FACILITATING WORKSHOPS AND USER TESTING SESSIONS THAT MEET BUSINESS GOALS AND ENSURE A POSITIVE USER EXPERIENCE. CONSTRUCTING A WORK PLAN TO QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY ACHIEVE GOALS, ALLOWING FOR REASONABLE WORK TIME AND UNEXPECTED DELAYS OR PIVOTS. PARTICIPATING IN AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. IMPROVING INTERNAL PROCESSES AND PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE. LEADING AND SUPERVISING TEAMS FOCUSED ON SPECIFIC WORKSTREAMS OF ENGAGEMENTS.
