Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a MANAGER, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, ADVERTISING, MARKETING, & COMMERCE in Los Angeles, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE SOFTWARE ADVISORY AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP UNLOCK THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. EVALUATE THE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS OF AN ORGANIZATION, DEVELOPINGSTRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE COMPANY'S PROFITABILITY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT PLANS TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION AND ENSURE BUSINESS GROWTH. MANAGE DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS AND DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS. MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. CREATE STRATEGY FOR IMPROVING ENGAGEMENT WITH CUSTOMERS IN THE MEDIA INDUSTRY. THIS INCLUDES CUSTOMERS OF VIDEO ON DEMAND STREAMING PLATFORMS, GAMING AND E-COMMERCE. CREATE DETAILED USER FLOWS AND JOURNEYS. WORKING WITH THE BUSINESS TO DOCUMENTATION USE CASES. WORKING TO EVALUATE VENDORS. DESIGNING THE END STATE ARCHITECTURE FOR NEW TECHNOLOGY. DESIGNING NEW PROCESSES FOR HOW THE BUSINESS WILL USE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING TECHNOLOGY. RECOMMENDING ANY ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE CHANGES TO BEST SUPPORT THE INVESTMENT IN NEW TECHNOLOGY. CREATE DETAILED BACKLOG OF FUNCTIONAL AND NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND TEST CASES. MANAGE ONLINE COLLABORATION ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING TRELLO & JIRA. DOCUMENT DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION AND TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION, CUTOVER PLANNING, AND EXECUTE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS TO EXISTING BUSINESS PROCESSES AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENTS UTILIZING CRM PLATFORMS, EMAIL PLATFORMS, AND COMMERCE WEBSITES. IMPLEMENT INTERNAL PROCESSES, PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE.

Requirements

MASTERS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: DEVELOPING AGILE SPRINT PLANS FOR TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENTS AND IMPLEMENTATIONS FOR DIRECT TO CONSUMER PLATFORMS INCLUDING: ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER (INCLUDING DATA ASSET MANAGEMENT, MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT, TEMPLATES AND COMPONENTS AND EXPERIENCE FRAGMENTS), SAP COMMERCE CLOUD (INCLUDING ORDER MANAGEMENT, PRODUCT CATALOGUE, AND PROMOTION ENGINE), SALESFORCE CRM (INCLUDING OUT-OF-THE- BOX CUSTOMER OBJECT AND CUSTOM OBJECTS), AND MARKETING CLOUD (INCLUDING EMAIL STUDIO, JOURNEY BUILDING, AND AUDIENCE BUILDER); UTILIZING JIRA TO MANAGE DEVELOPMENT BACKLOG AND ENHANCEMENTS AS EPICS AND USER STORIES; IMPLEMENTING FUNCTIONAL TESTING OF TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATIONS AND BACKLOG SIZING USING AGILE SIZING METHODOLOGIES INCLUDING FLASH SIZING FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ADOBE, SALESFORCE AND SAP TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS; MANAGING CONSULTING PROJECT COMMERCIALS, BUDGETS, AND RESOURCING TO ENSURE PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED UTILIZING PLANNING TOOL EXCEL AND ENGAGEMENT WITH FINANCIAL CONTROLLERS; DEVELOPING FRAMEWORKS TO MEASURE ROI ON TECHNOLOGY SPENT BY TRACKING INCREASED SPEND OR CONVERSATION OF NEW SOFTWARE TOOLS ON ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS; DEFINING TRACKING METRICS FOR ANALYTICS TRACKING ON CONSUMER SITES; UTILIZING FINANCIAL MODELLING TO BUILD BUSINESS CASES FOR INVESTMENT, SAVINGS, AND BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING A TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT; MAPPING, DESIGNING, AND CREATING DETAILED USER FLOWS AND JOURNEYS UTILIZING MAPPING TOOLS MICROSOFT VISIO, INVISION, AND POWERPOINT FOR CONSUMER EXPERIENCE ON ECOMMERCE WEBSITES; PREPARING VENDOR EVALUATION SCORECARDS AND EVALUATION METHODOLOGY BASED ON USE CASES AND BUSINESS NEEDS TO COMPARE VENDORS; AND CREATING TECHNOLOGY MARKETING AND ADVERTISING ARCHITECTURE DESIGNS UTILIZING CRM, MARKETING TOOLS, SOCIAL TOOLS, ADVERTISING PLATFORMS, AND DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORMS WHILE INCORPORATING ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER, ADOBE ANALYTICS, SAP COMMERCE CLOUD, SALESFORCE CRM & SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD.
