Work You’ll Do

PROVIDE OPERATIONAL, ANALYTICAL AND STRATEGIC SUPPORT TO CORE INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS LEADERSHIP ACROSS VARIOUS OPERATIONAL AND STRATEGIC PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES INCLUDING LOW CODE NO CODE (LCNC) SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION; MANAGE, CREATE AND MAINTAIN OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL REPORTS AND DASHBOARDS FOR CORE INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS AND LCNC; MANAGE, CREATE AND ORGANIZE CONTENT FOR CORE INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS AND THE LCNC COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE INTERNAL MEETINGS, EVENTS AND OTHER COMMUNICATION STREAMS (NEWSLETTERS, TOWN HALLS, ANNOUNCEMENTS) USING MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE; DESIGN AND DOCUMENT PROJECT PLANS TO ENABLE THE DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF THE LCNC BUSINESS AND THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY PRACTICE USING MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE, TRACK AND REPORT ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF TASKS, AND COMMUNICATE REGULAR UPDATES TO INTERNAL LEADERSHIP, EXTERNAL CLIENTS AND ALLIANCE PARTNERS; MANAGE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO DELIVER COMPONENTS OF THE LCNC STRATEGIC PLAN; BUILD AND MAINTAIN THE RESOURCE MODEL AND ORDER BOARD FOR LCNC AND WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT TEAMS TO HIRE STAFF INTO THE PRACTICE; MANAGE THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR LCNC INCLUDING REVIEWING RESUMES, INTERVIEWING PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES, TRACKING THE STATUS OF ALL CANDIDATES, AND DEFINING ROLE PROFILES FOR ALL PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) (INCLUDING BUSINESS ANALYSTS, CONFIGURATORS, DEVELOPERS, INTEGRATION SPECIALIST AND QUALITY ANALYSTS) AND DEFINING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION CASE STUDIES FOR THE LCNC INTERVIEW DAYS; MANAGE ALL LCNC SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION TRAINING, INCLUDING CREATION AND DELIVERY OF TRAINING CONTENT FOR LCNCS APPLICABILITY TO THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY, AND MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS WITH EXTERNAL ALLIANCE PARTNERS; IDENTIFY, DOCUMENT, SHARE AND ESCALATE RISKS, ISSUES AND DEPENDENCIES RELATED TO LCNC DEVELOPMENT AND DEFINE MITIGATING ACTIONS OR DRIVE THE RESOLUTION OF ISSUES THROUGH ENGAGING WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, TEAM MEMBERS, STAKEHOLDERS, CLIENTS AND ALLIANCE PARTNERS AS REQUIRED; DESIGN, ORGANIZE AND RUN WORKING SESSIONS AND DELIVER PRESENTATIONS FOR CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS, LEADERSHIP, CLIENTS AND ALLIANCE PARTNERS AS REQUIRED TO BUILD AND DEVELOP THE LCNC BUSINESS; SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT VIA CONTRIBUTING TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) RESPONSES FOR CLIENTS IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY INCLUDING CREATING CONTENT, ESTIMATING EFFORT FOR LCNC SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS AND CONTRIBUTING TO PRICING STRATEGIES; PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH FOR JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS, PROVIDE ONGOING FEEDBACK, ORGANIZE PERFORMANCE CHECK INS AND PROVIDE INPUTS FOR THE PERFORMANCE YEAR END PROCESS; PROMOTE AND CONTRIBUTE TO KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS, TEMPLATES, ACCELERATORS AND BEST PRACTICES FOR LCNC AND THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY.

Requirements

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ECONOMICS, MANAGEMENT, OR ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE.
