Position Summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services, LLC seeks a Manager, Cloud Engineering in Princeton, New Jersey.

Work You’ll Do

Monitor availability and performance issues with cloud provider’s services. Manage the documentation and administration of the design of cloud resource Enterprise Systems Infrastructure to meet business requirements for reliability and business recovery. Develop and shares standards and best practices for the cloud environment. Manage the documentation and maintenance of cloud security controls, including system access and compliance needs. Oversee the integration of new solutions with existing cloud resources and evaluates impacts. Establish key performance indicators for the overall health of the service and builds tools to evaluate if these key performance indicators are being met. Manage the team responsible for deploying and maintaining cloud computing technologies, infrastructure, and applications to meet the organizations requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on cloud capabilities and tools. Utilize experience with Develop automated software applications and monitor dashboards to analyze cost, performance and efficiency of cloud automations; Develop and deploy infrastructure as code solutions to automate the provisioning, configuration and compliance for cloud applications using programming tools such as Powershell, Terraform, Chef, or Azure pipelines; Develop and configure API’s through MuleSoft API management platform by following all the API development standards; Conduct gap-analysis of existing automation, such as software distribution and activity packs, to reduce tasks and improve productivity and automate/accelerate processes; Enhance existing automations for software applications and Infrastructure including servers, core software’s, F5 BIGIP, and DNS.

Requirements 

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Technology Management or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Special Requirements: Experience must include 48 months of experience with the following special skills:

  • Develop automated software applications and monitor dashboards to analyze cost, performance and efficiency of cloud automations
  • Develop and deploy infrastructure as code solutions to automate the provisioning, configuration and compliance for cloud applications using programming tools such as Powershell, Terraform, Chef, or Azure pipelines
  • Develop and configure API’s through MuleSoft API management platform by following all the API development standards
  • Conduct gap-analysis of existing automation, such as software distribution and activity packs, to reduce tasks and improve productivity and automate/accelerate processes
  • Enhance existing automations for software applications and Infrastructure including servers, core software’s, F5 BIGIP, and DNS.

-Telecommuting allowed within commutable distance.

-Up to 5% domestic travel required.
