Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services, LLC seeks a Manager, Cloud Development in Tampa, Florida.

Work You’ll Do

Manage development and administration of the design of cloud resource Enterprise Systems Infrastructure to meet business requirements for reliability and business recovery. Oversee integration of new solutions with existing cloud resources and evaluate impact. Contribute to the development and share standards and best practices for the cloud environment. Serve as a technical resource to other less experienced professional individual contributors in the cloud computing group. Manage, mentor and train a team of Cloud Developers. Ensure security controls are implemented and integrated into the Cloud platforms and applications. Provide subject matter expertise on cloud capabilities and tools. Utilize experience designing efficient, secure, adaptable and reliable cloud solutions utilizing Azure Infrastructure and platform services; leading project deliverables across multiple work streams within Audit and guide project teams; conducting POC to demonstrate feasibility of new Azure services and improvements to bring cost efficiency, and performance improvement within existing products; experience with Cyber and Security controls and embedding them in architecture/designs to create a highly secure application; Dev-ops experience with ARM, Terraform and architecting self-healing systems; experience with IaaS and PaaS implementations covering monitoring, configuration management, and orchestration; experience with Auto scaling, Application load balancers, and Serverless architecture in Azure.

Requirements 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in Senior Architect, Cloud Architect or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field and three (3) years of experience in Senior Architect, Cloud Architect or related occupation.

Special Requirements: Experience must have included five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of experience with a Master’s degree with the following special skills:

  • Designing efficient, secure, adaptable and reliable cloud solutions utilizing Azure Infrastructure and platform services
  • Leading project deliverables across multiple work streams within Audit and guide project teams
  • Conducting POC to demonstrate feasibility of new Azure services and improvements to bring cost efficiency, and performance improvement within existing products
