Deloitte Services LP seeks a Manager, Business Program Management in Dallas, TX.

Work You’ll Do

Lead technical teams to design, develop and implement system changes of automation initiative for succession planning business requirements for relationship clients of Deloitte. Lead the overall project management, technical discussions, sprint planning and deployment scheduling. Involved in creating leadership reports in SQL and advanced Excel skills to provide businesses with huge datasets converted to decision making reports. Work with other business groups to analyze and prepare reports using succession plans data and integrating with other data from finance/talent. Lead the strategy and planning of the technical project. Implement data validation process and lead communication with stakeholders which involves communication with leaders, partners and directors on a regular basis. Lead the UAT and support with strong involvement in a multi-layered system vision focusing on various user experiences. Ensure smooth functioning of the system on a regular basis by performing ongoing issue resolution, defect triaging and analyzing usage metrics.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Three years of succession planning and deployment, project management, software development, and data analytics experience.
  • Experience must include three years of:
    • Managing projects with an emphasis on data risk management and advanced data analytics;
    • Utilizing advanced database skills, including SQL, Oracle, and Access;
    • Making decisions related to data collection, data mining and data analysis methodologies;
    • Developing software systems using programming language, including JAVA, C, C++, and SQL;
    • Performing data extraction, aggregation, and quality checks from multiple big data sources to create and monitor programs;
    • Coordinating with members of the business teams to initiate, prioritize, scope, design, and deliver new reporting applications;
    • Coordinating engagement activities as necessary, including status reporting to client and issue tracking;
    • Transforming business requirements into technical requirements; and
    • Executing digital transformation projects for internal services with built-in analytics capabilities by utilizing Azure cloud platform, SAP Hana, and artificial intelligence.
  • In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience as stated above.
