Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a MANAGER, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, ADVERTISING, MARKETING, & COMMERCE in Denver, Colorado and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING SOLUTIONS THAT ENGAGE AND ACTIVATE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY. MANAGING AND DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. CONDUCTING CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION AND MAP OUT THE JOURNEY OF THESE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE COMPANY'S PROCESSES. IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING THE UNIQUE NEEDS AND CHALLENGES OF DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SEGMENTS TO PERFORM TARGETED DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYTICS THAT RESULTS IN SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENTS, INCLUDING DIFFERENTIAL TARGETED STRATEGIES BY GEOGRAPHY. CONDUCTING DETAILED ANALYSES IN FOCUSED SPECIALTY AREAS TO DRAW CONCLUSIONS, AND DEVELOPING PERTINENT AND INSIGHTFUL RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON STRUCTURED FRAMEWORKS. CREATING PRICING MODELS. ANALYZING DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND THEIR ABILITY TO ENGAGE USERS FROM DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS, AS WELL AS THE RISK POTENTIAL FOR NEGATIVE USER EXPERIENCE. PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION TO CORPORATE CLIENTS ON THE PRODUCT ENGAGEMENT OF DIVERSE CONSUMERS PROVIDING ANALYTICAL INSIGHT INTO THE NEEDS OF CONSUMERS WITH DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS AND PERSPECTIVES. EXAMINING CLIENT PRODUCTS AND HOW THEY HISTORICALLY AND CURRENTLY INTERACT WITH USERS FROM DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS, AS WELL AS THE RISK POTENTIAL FOR NEGATIVE USER EXPERIENCE BASED ON IDENTITY FACTORS. WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL MARKETING OFFERING SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS. ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING MICROSOFT VISIO. INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING ATLASSIAN JIRA. USING TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE AND CLOUD PLATFORMS TO SUPPORT AND LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. USING MANUAL, AUTOMATION AND PERFORMANCE BASED TESTING TOOLS TO PERFORM AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONAL, USER ACCEPTANCE, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, PERFORMANCE, AND MIGRATION TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING ENTERPRISE CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE METHODOLOGY. USING ENTERPRISE DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND MARTECH TECHNOLOGIES TO RUN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS.

Requirements

  • MASTER'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. THREE YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN THE STATED FIELD PLUS FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. Annual Salary: $175,900- $184,695
