Work you’ll do

Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes

Define, build, implement enhancements and provide support to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, support/maintenance, etc.

  • Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of learning technology experience at least two commercial platforms: such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SuccessFactors, Workday, Saba, SumTotal, Docebo, Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, Taleo, Absorb, Degreed, Edcast
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and use all aspects of an LMS
  • Experience implementing learning technology platforms; experience can include any combination of the following: business requirement gathering, configuration, technical integrations, user acceptance testing, hypercare support and/or other activities which are part of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently or in a practitioner pairing to implement a learning technology package
  • Experience with hands-on learning technology implementation from planning to post-deployment
  • Experience with Technical documentation development/technical writing
  • Experience with at least one of the following: DevOps, Analytics, or Talent Management
  • Experience with Adjoining learning ecosystem components (e.g., content repositories, web-based authoring tools, reporting tools)
  • Experience with web technologies, with a practical/project-based background in RESTful APIs, CSS, JSON, SQL DB
  • Managing security accreditation in an organization (e.g., ATO)
  • Knowledge of current learning technology issues, trends, and/or best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with virtual teaming
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred

  • Experience supporting learning technology strategy projects using agile methodologies and principles
  • Experience configuring solutions in AWS or other cloud base environments
  • Experience providing support in the development and delivery of learning courses via a learning management system
  • Experience with non-Learning modules (other HR and/or talent modules)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and understand databases, file structures, and systems
  • Certifications specific to learning management system platform
  • Presentation and/or training skills
  • Experience in project management; to include planning, managing details and time, and delivering results
  • Experience transforming and migrating data between platforms
  • Experience with technical integrations and APIs
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, SMEs, and teams
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
