Work You’ll Do
Responsible for overseeing and executing workstreams, including primary source interviews, secondary research, and data analysis, to inform the development of hypotheses and recommendations to clients. Develop client deliverables (e.g., presentations, documents). Design and facilitate conversations with clients. Support execution of project logistics. Support internal and external clients as needed by providing insights into the political, legislative, and public policy landscapes. Support practice-building efforts, including creating eminence and developing methodology to use in project delivery. Work with client leaders and C-suite management to develop best practices and innovative solutions for addressing societal challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Policy, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of public policy or social impact strategy consulting experience.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Designing and facilitating workshops with clients;
- Coordinating and driving stakeholder interviews;
- Conducting data analysis and qualitative/quantitative research;
- Synthesizing insights gained from research, quantitative data sources, stakeholder interviews, and client feedback;
- Developing client materials, including analyses, research, case studies, frameworks, and storyboards, using Microsoft Office Suite;
- Assisting organizations on setting and updating goals and strategies based on insights derived from market research, stakeholder interviews, and strategy workshops;
- Coordinating with leaders across sectors to design and implement social impact efforts, advising organizations on social impact strategies;
- Analyzing the latest policy and political developments and their implications on social issues of interest, and incorporating systems-thinking perspectives into problem-solving efforts; and
- Building relationships with leaders across sectors, particularly in the field of social impact.
- Position requires 10% domestic travel.
Salary: $70,762.00 - $112,350.00/year
