The US Office of Security (OOS) is an enabling area within the Finance & Administration organization, supporting all Deloitte U.S. professionals. The mission of the Office of Security is to provide everyone at Deloitte a safe and secure working environment and to provide information and tools needed to help keep our professionals, our clients, and Deloitte safe. The Lead Business Program Specialist supports the Office of Security in the development and implementation of specific business project(s) and strategic priorities. Will perform a variety of work duties involving the design, coordination, planning, and managing of various business projects. Will regularly assess and review complex business processes and issues. Will participate in a variety of special projects, research and activities related to Office of Security business operations and general project management duties.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the implementation and ongoing efforts for one or more programs/projects.
- Devise and execute strategies to promote programs to support Office of Security’s goals and objectives. Regularly develop new program content and work with team leaders to enhance programs participation and effectiveness.
- Working with team leads, review/develop/document all operating processes. Will be responsible for storage, periodic reviews, and maintenance.
- Help define clear, measurable security awareness goals (metrics) to gauge effectiveness of security initiatives/programs. Once defined, help operationalize the processes and reporting.
- Prepare communications for OOS leadership and in support of the various OOS projects. Coordinate and collaborate with supporting resources, including but not limited to US/Global Communications, OGC, HR Learning & Development and others as necessary for development and approval of specific communications.
- Monitor our online presence, social media strategy and day-to-day execution. This includes a presence for the Office of Security and our OOS leadership.
- Assist with other various Office of Security and Global Security Office projects, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related area
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Technical Skills:
- Fluency in branding fundamentals, with demonstrated ability to construct, actively manage and proactively communicate a cross-functional approach
- Proficiency of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Experience with web and social media marketing/communications tools
- Experience shaping and leading educational initiatives (i.e. online seminars, live workshops)
- Ability to think and perform both strategically and tactically
