Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

    • Support the development of a decision-making architecture framework across the Federal Agency Client  to facilitate strategic and operational efforts. 
    • Support the Senior leadership team in developing and executing the immediate and future strategic direction
    • .Anticipate client’s needs and propose solutions to address them.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor and functional resource supporting the development of the integrated   Requirements Management Process.  Support the development of highly visible deliverables.
    • Facilitate meetings with clients and a variety of stakeholders. 
    • Work with customers (submission requestors/Functional Community Representatives) throughout the capability management process.
    • Effectively and efficiently execute on quick turn tasks for   clients.
    • Identify opportunities to iteratively improve client processes and deliverables.
    • Facilitate, integrate and coordinate support the steps of the capability management process.

    Qualifications 

    Required: 

    • 3+ years of experience in federal PMO projects.
    • 2+ experience with DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework and the  Defense Acquisition System
    • Experience with JCIDS processes and documentation to include requirements management, DOTMLPF-P analysis, Capability Based Assessments, Initial Capabilities Document, Capability Needs Statement, Capability Development Document.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 


    Preferred:

    • Experience as an Action Officer at a higher DoD headquarters level with knowledge of Military Health Systems operations and staffing processes is a plus
    • Experience in translating complex issues into clear and concise products for a variety of audiences.
    • Experience working with senior clients in high-visibility situations.
    • Clinical background or experience is preferred.
    •  Fluency in technologies such as SharePoint, Tableau, Excel, SEMOSS, etc.  
    • Excel skills.
    • Experience with meeting preparation, facilitation., prioritizing multiple tasks, respond with solutions to client needs, story boarding and strong organizational skills.
    • Federal Health experience is preferred.
    • Prior DoD experience is preferred.
