Position Summary

Data and Integration Analyst

Deloitte’s Client and Market Growth (CMG) organization is seeking a highly effective data and integration analyst. This person will work with a small dedicated team, an expanded matrixed team, and Deloitte IT to integrate and optimize solutions.

Job Description

  • Be a vital contributor to establish and maintain data integrations for Marketing Technology applications
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the data and our customer experience
  • Coordinate changes to existing software architecture including API based integrations
  • Help maintain cross reference data in applications
  • Help analyze impact of proposed solution on existing technology platforms
  • Provide relevant test scenarios and assist with mapping and testing new integrations
  • Provide end user support and issue resolution for the supported applications
  • Analyze complex integrity flows and provide recommendations for process, and product improvements
  • Assist with discovery session to understand critical business goals and translate to system requirements
  • Assist with evaluating vendor solutions and decide the best instances to leverage vendor system capabilities vs building custom solutions

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience characteristics:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience with data integrations like 3rd party or native integrations and custom API integrations
  • Experience with query languages (e.g. any variant of SQL)
  • Experience with integration tools like Workfront fusion (is a plus), MuleSoft, Informatica, SSIS, etc.
  • Knowledge on API and how an integration can be leveraged to achieve the desired outcome
  • Working knowledge of Excel (focus on queries and data transformation)
  • Experience with bulk data processing using reports/queries, uploads using data import tools
  • Previous project experience integrating CRM's (like Salesforce) system with marketing automation tool (like Eloqua) is a plus
  • Knowledge of analytical technologies and tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView etc., is a plus
  • Proven track record to support technology driven programs, deliver on commitments and achieve operational excellence
  • Awareness of current technology capabilities, trends, and innovation opportunities
  • Ability to communicate a clear vision and priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/industries you serve

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $64935 to $119580.
