Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

  • As an Integrated Master Scheduler you’ll serve a Government client and build, analyze, and maintain large, dynamic schedules in MS Project
  • Responsible for validating schedule logic
  • Optimize and refine scheduling needs
  • Suggest options and alternatives
  • Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency
  • Perform schedule maintenance that includes monitoring and controlling
  • Maintain and analyze multiple Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Prepare and present schedule reporting to working and executive levels, Integrated Project Teams, and at the enterprise level.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.  
  • Must have an active TS/SCI
  • Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields, OR 4 years of comparable work experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience working hand-in-hand with project managers within a large program
  • Experience integrating sub-project milestones into one master program schedule
  • Experience establishing critical path schedule in Microsoft Project
  • Experience with the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
  • Software/application management experience

 

Preferred: 

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
