Work you’ll do
As an Integrated Master Scheduler you’ll serve a Government client and build, analyze, and maintain large, dynamic schedules in MS Project
- Responsible for validating schedule logic
- Optimize and refine scheduling needs
- Suggest options and alternatives
- Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency
- Perform schedule maintenance that includes monitoring and controlling
- Maintain and analyze multiple Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Prepare and present schedule reporting to working and executive levels, Integrated Project Teams, and at the enterprise level.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Secret Security Clearance Required
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Program scheduling for a Government Acquisition Program
- Office or combined three years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Microsoft Project scheduling tools to include critical path analysis
- Program Scheduling in support of Government Program/Contracts Management
- Integrated Master Scheduling development and management
- Scheduling Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‐year college or university in business, sciences, or finance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration
- Acquisition Level II or Equivalent certifications
- Business/Program Management certifications
- PMP Certification
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Possess superb verbal and written and interpersonal skills appropriate to working in a large multi‐ national program office
- Experience drafting, editing and tracking scheduling products with minimal direction (i.e Schedules, Critical path analysis metrics, Integrated Program Management Report Metrics and schedule metrics)
