Deloitte is hiring Defense Intelligence Consultants to support our client in and around the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

Work you’ll do
 
As a Consultant within our team you will:
  • Assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio
  • Perform a broad range of consulting tasks across project(s) such as communications/marketing strategy development, web page development, improvement and
    documentation of internal governance processes and presentations
  • Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies
  • Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications 

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Experience with customer engagement/outreach to identify emerging tool use/business-cases within and across the Agencies mission space 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis, operations performance strategy, and management to evolve the organizations strategy, showcase progress against goals, and demonstrate impact and investment value
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Must have and maintain an Active TS/SCI w/Full Scope Polygraph

Preferred:
  • Experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management
  • Broad experience in some of the following areas: Strategic Communication, Marketing, Capabilities and requirements analysis, Professional development/education/training program design and facilitation, Team and stakeholder engagement facilitation, Facilitation of team activities and resulting product development, Intelligence analysis and reporting, Operations and Planning, Strategic planning, Collegiate-Level Research
