Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Understand data management techniques and the various implementation styles that are implemented industry wide.
- Perform data management activities especially focusing on customer, suppler, product, reference data and other data domains that consists of master data.
- Experience on an industry accredited tool that has been used on a medium to large scale master data implementation.
- Develop quantitative models that used fuzzy/probabilistic algorithm-based features to efficiently derive “golden” records from the enterprise master datasets.
- Experience on implementation of data stewardship framework to determine optimized stewardship processes.
- Perform technical risk analysis and reliability assessments.
- Perform multiple forms of advanced analyses, sustainment, optimization, text analytics, machine learning, parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques.
- Build, test, validate and demonstrate analytical models through various relevant error metrics and calibration techniques.
- Deploy models into production.

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering will work with our clients to:
- Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
- Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Qualifications Required
- 3+ years of full-time experience with ETL / MDM tools and processes
- 3+ years of experience in Informatica MDM 10.x versions with development skills in ETL with IICS/IDQ
- 3+ years of experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations including Data Profiling, metadata acquisition, data migration, validation, reject processing and pre-landing processing
- 3+ years of Informatica MDM (Hub and IDD/Entity 330). Informatica MDM Provisioning tool and Java User Exists. Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF) and Informatica MDM Hub Match and Merge rules, batch jobs and batch groups. Active VOS workflow concepts.
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with ESB’s and different publish mechanism
- 3+ years of experience in configuring Entity base objects, Entity Types, Relationship base objects, Relationship Types and Profiles using Hierarchy tool
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
