Work you’ll do
The Industrial Organizational Psychology / Behavior Practitioner will provide job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation and survey design and analysis services in addition to providing performance management and training support as needed.
The Practitioner will play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge, and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in employee engagement, survey design and administration, training, and career and performance management.
Applicant must have excellent client facing skills as they will be interacting with clients regularly and should show the ability to learn about client needs, goals, target markets, ideas, and challenges.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.
- 2+ years of industrial organizational psychology or behaviors focused experience.
- 2+ years of end client facing experience.
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Fort Meade, MD.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in an applicable field, I/O Psychology highly preferred
- Masters degree in I/O Psychology
- Prior management consulting experience
