Deloitte is hiring an IO Psychologist in Fort Meade, MD to support our Human Capital Consulting team.

 

Consult national security customers in the areas of Workforce Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, Curriculum Development and Training, Strategic Communication, and more.

Work you’ll do

 

The Human Capital (HC) Consultants support the HR client by managing a variety of tasks related to integrated planning and ensuring the proper maintenance of deliverables, while working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. As an Organizational Behavior Practitioner within our HC team you will provide facilitation, job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation and survey design and analysis services in addition to providing performance management and training support as needed. 

 

As a Consultant within our team you will:

  

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Experience facilitating job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance
  • Prior occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation, and survey design and analysis services
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Report writing skills
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

 

 

Preferred:

 

  • Experience with statistical analysis using SPSS statistical software
  • Experience in areas such as job analysis techniques, competency modeling, process improvement, career management, and change management 
  • Project management, self-management and the ability to support competing priorities
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Past/current experience supporting Human Capital and/or Workforce Development organizations/offices
  • Experience working with Federal government agencies
