Work you’ll do
As a Compliance Analyst on the Tracking & Trading Service Center team, you’ll be part of an innovative new team where you will use your customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills to:
- Directly support and assist Partners, Principals, and employees with understanding and maintaining their Tracking & Trading portfolios, so that it accurately reflects their Financial Relationships
- Perform review procedures of investment account statements held by Partners, Principals, and employees to identify potential reporting gaps in their Tracking & Trading portfolios
- Develop an understanding of regulatory and firm personal financial relationship independence policies (SEC, PCAOB and Deloitte policies)
- Work within a team located in the US and India
- Coordinate with other ICN teams to ensure that our internal customers are served seamlessly
- Develop and analyze statistics for ICN management
- Work on ad hoc requests as directed by ICN management to meet the team’s overall objectives

Independence & Conflicts Network
The Independence & Conflicts Network (ICN) performs a critical consultative, quality-assurance and risk-management function for the Deloitte US Firms, helping the organization remain unbiased and free from conflicts-of-interest, in fact and appearance, when providing service to attest/audit clients. Independence requirements are defined by specific sets of policies, external rules and regulations, so maintaining both the independence of the Deloitte US Firms and personal independence is essential to the business and reputation of Deloitte.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors’ degree (preferably business, finance, or accounting)
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated by impactful, clear and concise writing
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently communicate with Deloitte Partners, Principals, and employees
- Positive customer service attitude and dedication to quality, with a demonstrated attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism and discretion with the ability to handle confidential data.
- Proficient in standard office-productivity tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- With the support of a team leader, be able to work on multiple initiatives and communicate progress
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and good judgment.
- Ability to effectively work independently, and as part of a team, in a dynamic work environment.
- Limited sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel to Stamford office every Wednesday
Preferred:
- An understanding of Independence requirements for professional auditing firms
- Experience working in a large corporation or accounting firm
- Strong technical background
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $49,400 to $101,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
