Work you’ll do

This position will lead Global & US engagement for SACM (Service, Asset + Configuration Management) and ITOM organization. Manage to support all ITS US and DTTL/Global SACM and ITOM work. Mature engagement framework for delivery and execution. Build out SACM and ITOM governance model, including Member Firm engagement. Work in close partnership with SACM and ITOM architects and their technical delivery teams. Support SACM, ITOM, and CMDB administration teams.

The SACM + ITOM Engagement Leader to be “front door” to drive engagement, acting as liaison to related firm business, including Cyber, Audit & Controls, PMO, DAS, etc.

  • Leverage SACM + ITOM engagement to delivery excellence to all business stakeholders
  • Partner with SACM engagement leads supporting US and Global/DTTL
  • Mature SACM engagement processes, including development and delivery cycles
  • Responsible for holistic approach to enhance IT data and support the digital transformation of the firm and its customers
  • Act as IT Business Architect on US SNAC (ServiceNow Advisory Council) providing technical expertise through multidimensional business views, consider all-inclusive technical capabilities to bring enterprise level value
  • Implement technology-enabled governance by driving cost efficiencies, streamlining processes, normalizing data models, while leveraging automation to integrate cloud capabilities
  • Build a culture of IT data ownership to implement and execute CMDB programs, engaging with SACM + ITOM stakeholders to measure overall success, while addressing program gaps
  • Focus on CMDB Champions Program
  • Develop Global SACM + ITOM Strategy
  • Responsible for SACM communications and training initiatives (e.g., WalkMe implementation, KB management, etc.), as well as technology tool management to enhance organization’s collaboration (e.g., MS Teams & OneNote, ServiceNow VTB and other solutions).
  • Responsible for SACM + ITOM yearly planning and budget, including managing Fieldglass SOW for contractor/contractor team engagement.

Technology & Infrastructure

The Technology and Infrastructure Organization works together to transform how ITS deploys technologies and services to meet the dynamic needs of Deloitte professionals and help increase their productivity.



  • High School diploma, GED or military experience
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Discovery.
  • Operational experience of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Experienced working within an ITIL framework or similar Operations model
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow SACM + ITOM
  • Experienced project or engagement leader
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
