Work you’ll do
In this role, support the mission compliance organization to keep Agency rules, people, mission, and technology synchronized and legally compliant.
- Complete data collection and aggregation that requires all data to be tagged with the proper legal authorities (e.g., FISA, EO12333) for compliance.
- Examine and test Agency authorities to make recommendations regarding the current and future technical infrastructure, support implementation of compliance processes, perform research and reporting on compliance related incidents and assertions, and enhance the delivery of compliance services functions.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 8+ years experience working in IT controls
- 8+ years experience working in system architecture and design
- 8+ years experience working in risk assessment
- 8+ years experience working in privacy protection
- Ability to support fulltime SCIF work in Fort Meade, MD
Preferred:
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced team environment with enforced deadlines
- Desire to work in a client centric consulting environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
