Work you’ll do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with 2+ years of experience to support daily operations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage schedules, and prepare various reports, among other responsibilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and via email
- IT Support Orders: Process customer IT support orders efficiently and accurately
- Report Preparation: Prepare various IT support reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Database Management: Update and maintain project databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Schedule Management: Manage the project manager’s schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized
- Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to customer locations as needed
- Flexible Schedule: Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate sync meetings with the project manager, especially when they are traveling
- Report Review: Review and revise reports created by other team members to ensure quality and accuracy
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the project manager
- Remote Work: Limited remote work may be authorized, not to exceed 2 workdays per week. Must be available for phone conferences and calls on remote workdays during normal work hours

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Secret security clearance required
- Current passport required
