Work you’ll do
- Design, develop and modify software systems and custom components using modern dev stack.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers.
- Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas.
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems.
- Develop and execute test procedures for software components.
- Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements.
- Lead development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile.
- Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments.

This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 3+ years of IBM Maximo 7.6.1, 8.x and greater application development experience with an emphasis on designing, implementing, testing, and delivering highly scalable web and client/server solutions.
- 5+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in development/technical capacity.
- 2+ years of Maximo 7.6.1, 8.x and greater technical experience with a focus on core Maximo functionality, configuration capabilities of Maximo, Automation Scripts, Integration Framework, etc.
- 2+ years of experience supporting development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as Agile.
- 2 + years of experience executing IBM Maximo projects, with a deep understanding of Maximo functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
- Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) to client sites such as: Lake Mary, FL – San Diego, CA – Jacksonville, FL - Wilmington, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA – Corpus Christi, TX – Indianapolis, IN – with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for accommodation.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the public sector and collaborating with federal clients.
- Active Security Clearance (Secret or Above).
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
