Through Deloitte’s partnership with the US chamber of commerce foundations, Hiring Our Heroes Corporate follow ship program allows Transitioning Military members to participate in a 12 week fellowship program fellows will be put through a Deloitte designed training and project shadowing curriculum that prepares them with the skills and certifications they need to transitioning into a success consulting career at Deloitte. At the end of the 12 week fellowship these veterans will have the opportunity to be hired full time!
Work you’ll do
• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
• Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
• Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
• Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and interactions

*If extended a Full Time opportunity at the end of the fellowship, the wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $134,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
