The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,925 - $179,875.
Work you’ll do
- Deploy integrated, comprehensive and repeatable approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition programs for clients in the higher education sector
- Support design, development, and delivery of training programs for organization transformation projects, primarily for large-scale IT systems implementations at higher education institutions
- Anticipate client/project needs and developing innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding business value
- Support day-to-day interactions with clients and the internal Deloitte team
- Support practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
- Support to business development efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, pricing, Statements of Work (SOW), etc., as requested

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in training/instructional design and development, to include supporting training programs for higher education institutions
- Prior full-time professional experience supporting transformation projects for higher education institutions
- Prior training/instructional design experience for ERP implementations and/or large-scale transformation projects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in related specialization area
- Exposure to business development in related specialty areas (i.e., proposal development, sales, etc.)
- Demonstrated interest in a profession in human capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
