Work you’ll do
- Meet with multiple internal and external stakeholders to document requirements and follow up items
- Research standards and policy issues related to implementation of requirements
- Understand complex process needs and collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver high-quality business solutions
- Develop organizational processes, draft new standard operating procedure (SOPs)
- Document weekly progress of the project via status reports and call logs, and facilitate tracking of critical risk and issues

Deloitte’s Health Technology offering transforms the way the Healthcare IT market embraces modernization and modularization. Using our deep health, government, and technology consulting experience, our team strategically advises on design as well as implements and deploys solutions. In order to help clients reduce costs, improve health outcomes, and respond to public health crises, our Health Technology practice addresses critical health agency issues including: claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, and health case management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- 1+ years' experience with background in healthcare, public health, or health information technology
- 1+ years experience in Customer Relationship Management tools and continuous business process improvement
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR), EHR vendor or product teams (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, ect), public health informatics, public health reporting, ELR, Syndromic Surveillance, HL7, HIEs, eHealth Exchange, Direct Trust, Carequality, CommonWell
- Existing CDC Badge
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,000-101,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
