Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Technology group you will:
- Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to providing on-call support during production batch run cycle
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issue
- Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope

Qualifications
Required:
- Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience within Batch Processing
- Prior Batch production and testing knowledge
- Basic Batch control support and On-call support experience
- Run SQL queries to verify and validate successful batch jobs completion
- Ability to work independently under general guidance
- Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Preferred:
- Prior professional services experience
