Position Summary

Role description

The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent. 

We’re looking for a seasoned HR technology professional to support the Digital Enablement team with the management of Deloitte’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature. This individual will need to demonstrate strong technology operations management, product backlog management, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including talent acquisition, technology, and vendor teams/leadership to govern and deliver system enhancements and releases. This role also requires extensive acquisition process and ATS technology experience, preferably with Avature.

Work you’ll do

As the Digital Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Manage Talent Acquisition technology/Avature product backlog to stabilize operations and drive system enhancements
  • Partner with Information Technology Services and vendor teams to implement a methodology to expedite product backlog work
  • Partner with Global Technology/counterparts to support the integration between the Avature Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system and the ATS
  • Drive efforts to keep project teams/vendors on task and guide to successful operational delivery, including managing weekly technical support calls and vendor release management calls
  • Manage change control processes and related resource management efforts:
    • Prioritize, scope and schedule all configuration and development done by internal teams
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to prioritize all changes and enhancements performed by the vendor
    • Manage deadlines and delivery dates to predefined schedules
  • Provide oversight to test planning and coordination with business teams to complete user acceptance testing
  • Ensure that an effective means for managing quality, risks and issues is in place
  • Liaison with Information Technology Services and Global Talent, and manage expectations of Talent Acquisition stakeholder groups
  • Interact on a regular basis with a broad group of individuals at all levels regularly exchanging complex information
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the broader Talent technology landscape to advise on impacts of system changes
  • Identify issues, present solutions, determine the best course of action through analysis / gathering input, and solve problems
  • Lead and develop a team of system administrators to support maintenance and issue resolution, and act as an escalation point for the team as well as for Talent stakeholders
  • Mentor the team of system administrators, providing guidance on all aspects of technical support, issue resolution and legal/compliance matters
  • Oversee analysis of system upgrades and assessment of new features, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Exercise knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Perform other role-related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise leading ATS implementations or enhancements from concept to deployment, Avature experience preferred / Avature certification a plus
  • Operational experience managing a large, complex ATS, including technical aspects of support.
  • Subject matter experience with talent acquisition processes, additional experience with other Talent process areas preferred
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, employee relations and other HR-related compliance matters.
  • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
  • Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
