The HRM team seeks a new team member and Retirements Processing specialist. The position involves heavy use of PeopleSoft at client sites, frequent communications with customers, and support of the agency’s workforce and management services, to include processing retirement packages, manage the leave bank program, process personnel action requests, records management and maintenance, and retirement benefits support.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 2+ years’ Experience working with PeopleSoft at client sites.
- 2+ years' Experience with Retirement Benefits support and processing.
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
