Work you’ll do
- Provide general human resources related support in the areas of training development and delivery, needs assessment, requirements gathering, change management and communications management
- Lead the Cognos training program for users to include developing and delivering in-person training classes and WBT online materials
- Conduct proactive outreach and communications with Cognos user base, with targeted coordination to Cognos focal points, directorate HR staff, Cognos administrators and users overall
- Maintain and update Cognos reports used to display workforce data, both past and present, against projected requirements
- Respond to ad hoc requests for data via Cognos, create report templates for customers as needed
- Demonstrate a high level of client facing engagement, executive presence, diplomacy and able to negotiate best solutions with senior HR leaders
- Conduct other related activities as assigned to support TACG and/or the HR Analyst occupation

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience
- 2+ years of Cognos experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- Experience leading training programs
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
