Work you’ll do

As a Multimedia Services Senior Solution Specialist in the Organization Transformation practice of Deloitte’s USDC Human Capital team, you will perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Align and support our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion, Community, Commitment, and Excellence)
  • Develop and support multimedia plans and approaches for commercial and government clients
  • Ensure plans and approaches are accurate, align with industry standards, and incorporate Deloitte’s best practices
  • Manage multimedia workstreams and teams from initial client meetings through development, review, revision, production, distribution, and evaluation
  • Provide oversight, art direction, and quality control for more junior multimedia practitioners
  • Identify and recommend creative ideas that deliver on strategic goals
  • Create a broad range of creative communication materials for a variety of audiences across multiple communication channels, including print, digital, multimedia, social networks, and web
  • Develop a variety of engaging, well-designed graphic design materials, including project branding, infographics, posters/one-pagers, multi-page presentations/newsletters, interactive documents, and more
  • Develop a variety of dynamic and engaging video and motion design deliverables, including hype videos, training videos, GIFs, animated branding materials, and more
  • Monitor multimedia and development plans, analyze key metrics, and optimize for continued campaign improvement
  • Balance multiple assignments and schedule workload to meet established deadlines
  • Manage client relationships and facilitate client sessions, workshops, and interviews
  • Develop project workplans and timelines, document assumptions and dependencies, identify risks, suggest mitigation strategies, and manage workplans to execution
  • Experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring team members

Our Center is home to a multitude of specialists ranging from systems designers, architects, and integrators, to creative digital experts and Human Capital professionals.   • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study (graphic design, digital communications, video production, motion design/animation, marketing), or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of related professional experience in multimedia, graphic design, video development, or other related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for visual storytelling
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Experience with art direction and guiding teams through a creative process
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
  • Project management and workplan development experience
  • Presentation experience and understanding of digital, print, and video communication channels
  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in video development tools (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)
  • Proficiency in audio development tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition)
  • Experience with social media marketing and mobile communications campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Must be willing to live in or within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)


  • Master’s Degree in related field of study (graphic design, digital communications, video production, motion design/animation, marketing), or equivalent experience
  • Strong creative writing, video script writing, and editing skills
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with change management and communication strategies
  • Ability and willingness to acquire U.S. Security Clearance preferred, but not required
