Work you’ll do
Practitioner will provide professional support services, project management, and logistics support to the project as well as collaborate across the community of stakeholders.
Provide maintenance and modernization goals to standardize material policies and processes. Also evaluate the direct impact to overall operational availability, maintenance, and material readiness.
Support management of ordering, shipment, and receipt of high priority material. As well as align and support operational schedules, planning for depot maintenance and modernization installations.
Apply business and logistics principles to track, manage and optimize supply chain activities and maintenance operations. Collect and analyze data, and develop decision support tools to enable optimize maintenance, procurement, logistics, warehouse or other related operations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-8+ years consulting and/or federal government industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must have an active Secret clearance or higher for this role.
- Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Logistics, distribution and warehousing experience
- Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO)
- Proactive and planned preventative maintenance
- Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills
- Supply planning optimization
- Sustainment Logistics
- Program and project management experience with Federal clients
- Experience assisting clients deliver key programs
- Experience with SharePoint or ServiceNow and digital reporting technologies
- The ability to work independently or within small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Working with requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
- Trending, forecasting, or predictive modeling
- Experience with presentation and data analysis/ analytics software, including MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access, R, SAS, Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, Perceptive or others
