The CWS Senior Admin is responsible for Onboarding and maintaining contractor resources on client engagements using the Fieldglass vendor management system.

Work You Will Do:
1. Create Job Postings in Fieldglass and distribute them to the applicable Supply Chain so that the vendors can respond with qualified candidates.
2. Analyze supply chain responses by performing risk-factor analysis and pre-screening candidate resumes to match requirement specifications (technical and functional) and shortlist candidates for engagement team consideration.
3. Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews.
4. Facilitate the hiring process, including rate and other negotiations as needed, and generate legal documents, such as work orders and non-disclosure agreements.
5. Address/escalate subcontractor issues for resolution with vendors and engagement teams, including, but not limited to: Resolving subcontractor delivery problems, enforcing our national supply chain, mitigating the legal risk associated with subcontracting, and executing special projects at CWS leadership’s request.
6. Perform administrative tasks and other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
- advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- 4 years’ experience within the information technology industry and ability to demonstrate an understanding of information technology concepts and tools including:
- · A general understanding of emerging IT concepts and tools. Must be able to converse with IT professionals (at all levels) regarding IT skill requirements.
- · A general knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

- General understanding of both the consulting industry and the contract resource procurement process (i.e. knowledge of contracts and contractual language; knowledge of US human resource laws, policies and practices; general knowledge of visa processing).
- 2-4 years experience in a customer service/support role that involves developing and fostering professional relationships with both internal and external customers at various organization levels (i.e., Admin/Receptionist up to CEO/Partner).
- Hands-on experience in an MSP role using the Fieldglass vendor management system.
- Works exceptionally well in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent prepared and extemporaneous presentation skills
- Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and decision-maker; ability to find innovative, thoughtful solutions to a range of business problems
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Superior time management/organizational skills including an appropriate sense of urgency and proactive
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
- Knowledge about the professional services industry

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64935 to $119580.
