Our Operations Transformation offering transforms our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions that are focused on "heart of the business" issues across client organizations. Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.
The work you’ll do:
Provide advice, point of view, recommendations, ideas, reports, analysis, and other work products (this includes action/status reports, documented workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the client. As well as key performance indicators/metrics, key risk indicators/metrics, decision documents, written options for implementation, assessment documents of current and/or future risk management processes. This position will leverage new, and maximize existing cross-Agency business processes in implementation. This also includes preparing documentation, including business rules, process flows, policies/procedures, training, communications, summaries and reports. Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop/update/maintain tailored risk management framework elements (e.g., risk lexicon, taxonomy, decision framework, risk register, risk profile, etc.)
• Help to establish timelines and other inputs for the organization’s requirement’s such as the Risk Profile
• Draft, edit, and review all documents and briefings developed within the office
• Understand the client and risk tradecraft to determine what risk management tools, job aids, or communications are needed and then develop said materials
• Support development of training/WBTs and participate in the facilitation of trainings
• Serve as a sounding board for client; provide advice, guidance, recommendations, and resources for executing her role successfully
• Develop talking points to support external engagements
• Maintain website (WordPress) and content
• Maintain/manage shared folders
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of full-time work experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role
- Ability to travel 100%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
