The Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence team seeks an experienced Capture Executive with deep experience driving, shaping, and capturing large, complex deals in the Federal markets.

Description
This position is established to qualify and capture major ($100M+) government acquisitions by leading teams to shape, position and solution differentiated tactics and approaches. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is focused on "Driving to Win" by melding business, management, technical and cost elements to position for the most complex pursuits and offer strategies for winning proposals and delivering the work. Efforts include driving capture and proposal readiness from early positioning and shaping efforts, to development and implementation of win strategies, through pre-Request for Proposal activities, and continuing through written/oral proposal development, negotiations, award and transition. Proven track record of successful capture and proposal management on $100M+ bids and orchestrating multi-disciplined resourcing against pipeline priorities. Drives the pursuit lifecycle as a leader, delivering seamless, timely, high-quality capture expertise and guidance to Account and Offering leaders across multiple offering areas and procurement/contracting environments. Effectively build relationships across a matrixed organization to execute the capture strategy; builds trust and achieves consensus across teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 10 years combined experience with the following: strategic capture, capture leadership, opportunity shaping, proposal development, solutions development, and/or costing and pricing.
- Minimum 3 years with Federal Civilian financial agencies (e.g., Treasury, IRS, SEC, PBGC, FHA, etc.) as a capture manager developing and leading multiple capture efforts that have won major contracts.
- Experience with capture for complex solutions such as Application Management Services, Cyber Security Operations, Business Process Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, Cloud and/or Data Center Ops, Contact Center Management, Analytics, eDiscovery, Program Integrity, Human Capital, Enterprise Performance, Organizational Transformation, or other disciplines that support Federal missions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,900 to $268,700.
