Finance & Enterprise Performance

 Work you’ll do

 You, along with dynamic colleagues, will help organizations create a single enterprise organization or a network of Shared Services and Outsourcing relationships. Senior Consultants synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. As a Senior Consultant you will:

  * Set engagement objectives and scope

  * Develop work plans for components of engagements

  * Coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope

 Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

 Qualifications

 Required:

  * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ consulting/and or industry experience, or a top MBA with 2+ years’ relevant work experience

  * Demonstrated project experience within Shared Services, Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry, or back-office functional optimization

  * Financial modeling and/or business case development

  *Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  Preferred:

  * Understanding of vendor landscape

  * Ability to analyze and apply outsourcing trends

  * Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

  * Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience

  * Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

  * Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  * Advanced degree



For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $125,000 to $209,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
