Work you’ll do
As a core member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and our development scrum teams to deliver data insights and business intelligence products to users, driving key business and operational decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, and development projects
- Work directly with client/business owners to gather and develop functional data, performance, system, security requirements.
- Develop, execute, document, and provide guidance on unit test plans, test data, and test results.
- Support data warehouse concepts and relational databases.
- Support a business intelligence and data analytics team with requirements gathering and functional & technical testing
- Further develop technical skills through working groups and trainings

The GPS AI & Data Operations offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience supporting or leading requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, and development projects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS clearance or higher required
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Familiarity and experience with the Intelligence Community
- Keen interest in learning and using the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real world problem sets vital to national security.
- Experience in understanding business intelligence systems ETL development, and warehouse/relational database concepts, including industry best practices.
- Experience conducting demonstrations and briefings with clients to show incremental progress.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on complex technical topics and effectively communicating details with all levels of management.
- Ability to execute document and provide guidance on unit test plans, test data, and test results.
