Full-Time Legal Business Associate - Legal Business Services

servi multinational organizations in transforming their contracting functions and processes by leveraging enabling technologies, process reengineering and alternative delivery models. The team also assists corporate legal department clients with responding to regulatory and other trigger events compelling organizations to analyze their contract portfolios.
As a Legal Business Associate in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function, you will work on corporate legal department engagements for Fortune 1000/FTSE 100/Global 5000 clients. You will be an integral team member, supporting ongoing contract lifecycle activities. As a team member supporting these activities you will be leveraging enabling technologies and be expected to deliver in accordance with both quantitative (i.e. turnaround times) and qualitative (i.e. accuracy) key performance indicators. You will embrace opportunities to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement into your engagement delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Primarily focusing on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and program objectives.
- PingParticipating in a client’s contracting process by fulfilling steps in a client’s playbook for its contract lifecycle ( i.e., reviewing, abstracting, creating, redlining, and providing negotiation support for a broad range of commercial contractual agreements, including but not limited to: NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, data protection agreements, marketing agreements, and sponsorship agreements.
- Delivering the above activities in accordance with agreed upon process steps, key performance indicators tracking speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
- If necessary, supporting the updating of client’s contracting playbooks.

Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, law, technology, operations, finance, accounting (or related field)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment
- Level of familiarity with technology and its application in the contract lifecycle management field
- High level of attention to detail
- Travel up to 25%
Preferred
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Microsoft Office and other technology skills including, but not limited to, Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, Tableau
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
