Work you’ll do
- Engage clients to deliver innovative capabilities and solutions
- Accountable to drive growth through the creation and management of a multi-year opportunity pipeline
- Leverage client domain expertise that reflects a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements
- Design and translate the corporate mission into supply chain strategies to help our clients transform their supply chain capabilities
- Contribute to the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationships
- Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
- Identify opportunities for other Deloitte service offerings that can address client needs
- Contribute to business development initiatives to grow the Supply Chain team and the Federal practice

Teams advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions by providing operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Teams also optimize operations, product, and material flows, and create greater synergy for the supply network to optimize mission performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role - Secret
- Direct executive level experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and Federal Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- Experience at either a federal agency or a DOD contractor
