Position Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and intellectually-curious professional to join our practice as an Experienced Business Analyst on our Casey Quirk team. As a Casey Quirk Experienced Business Analyst, you will advise investment and wealth managers on business strategy.  The Experienced BA role offers tremendous exposure to the world’s leading asset and wealth management firms. 

Work you’ll do

The Casey Quirk Experienced Business Analyst will play an important role on strategic consulting engagements and will:

  • Conduct industry research on the competitive landscape including firms, products, buyers and industry trends within the asset and wealth management industry
  • Perform quantitative analysis and build financial models for client projects
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative outputs in PowerPoint to support strategic recommendations
  • Assist with Casey Quirk’s thought leadership efforts and whitepaper productions
  • Participate in ongoing Casey Quirk professional development initiatives to better understand the industry
  • Collaborate with your colleagues and help train new talent
  • Help clients understand and react to the evolving global investment management environment
Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ year of prior experience in a research or business analyst role
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in economics, engineering, finance or accounting preferred
  • Outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership
  • An interest in consulting and/or investment management
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to build Excel-based financial and operating models a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A passion for learning, professional growth and knowledge sharing
  • A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun team environment
