Position Summary

Executive Accelerators – Digital Product Manager

The XA Digital Product Manager will manage the XA Digital Transition portfolio and support strategic technology projects across Executive Accelerators and help us adapt technology solutions to our unique challenges and opportunities. Work you'll do

The XA Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in helping to define, update and execute the technology strategy of our XA Digital suite of products. The role is project-based where you may be leading and supporting various technology projects simultaneously and will gain exposure to leadership across the firm. The XA Digital Product Manager assumes a team leadership position and demonstrates a consistent record of accomplishment for aligning and ensuring end-to-end organization readiness.

  • Lead the XA Digital TL team and associated projects and product development
  • Lead special projects in support of the XA Digital strategy
  • Partner with the business team to gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, lead functional design workshops, and conduct user testing
  • Develop and execute product roadmap aligned to the business strategy
  • Develop understanding of transition labs and XA programs to partner with the business on optimal technology solutions to address needs
  • Partner with technical and infrastructure teams in delivery of digital solutions to maximize investment across the XA Digital portfolio
  • Provide end-user functional and technical support for all XA Digital solutions
  • Build strong relationships with XA programs (specifically the Transition COE), the Deloitte businesses, CMG Tech COE and ITS
  • Research and bring forward new and emerging digital solutions to support the XA strategy


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent field
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently and cooperatively within a team
  • Ability to manage several projects of varying complexity at one time
  • Experience working with an organization to define applications and manage them through the entire product lifecycle
  • Experience with software delivery life cycle (waterfall, agile-preferred)
  • Strong technical background combined with solid business experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage teams to achieve defined goals, including the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • MBA
  • Project management certification (PMP)
  • Agile certification (e.g PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe)
  • Broad knowledge of Deloitte businesses
  • Highly collaborative and the ability to lead by influence
  • Highly self-motivated, passionate team-oriented individual

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86425-$195215.
