Ethics & Compliance – Senior Analyst - Compliance Monitoring

Work you’ll do
As a Senior Analyst on the Compliance Monitoring team, you’ll use your analytical, research, and communication skills to:
- Work closely with team members in a highly collaborative environment by performing daily monitoring and weekly compliance tracking of multiple mandatory compliance requirements, as well as system configuration of compliance requirements
- Interpret and communicate compliance monitoring impacts based on requested changes to audience or system functionality
- Use HR attributes to determine required professionals based on defined specifications
- Run reports and validate compliance requirement populations
- Assist business owners with completing intake template and workflow to identify and configure compliance requirement populations
- Research, respond and resolve Compliance HelpDesk inquiries by using a strategic mindset to compile the facts and circumstances by analyzing and comparing data in several systems and various reports
- Develop process and knowledge documents, and assist in implementing process improvements for the Compliance Monitoring team
- Collaborate with various groups and individuals to disseminate information across other compliance areas
- Identify trends and root causes by independently performing high-quality analysis, documenting findings, and propose next steps with input from team leadership as needed
- Provide support to team leadership with data gathering and analysis during audits/inspections

Ethics & Compliance
The Ethics & Compliance group manages and monitors certain fundamental compliance requirements such as personal independence, CPA licensing, CPE, and mandatory training. As members of Ethics & Compliance, the Compliance Monitoring team tracks professionals’ compliance with mandatory requirements and provides escalation reporting and support to the firm.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in a compliance role
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, data quality, and analytical experience
- Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly learn and use SAP (HR), ServiceNow, Deloitte Compliance Platform, and Deloitte Learning Reports
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
