Ethics & Compliance – Analyst - Compliance Monitoring

Work you’ll do
As an Analyst on the Compliance Monitoring team, you’ll use your analytical, research, and communication skills to:
- Perform daily monitoring and weekly compliance tracking for professionals of multiple mandatory compliance requirements
- Analyze compliance responses using sound judgment to research, respond, and resolve Compliance HelpDesk inquiries assigned to the Compliance Monitoring team
- Use a strategic mindset to compile the facts and circumstances regarding compliance inquiries by analyzing and comparing data in several systems and various reports
- Work closely with team members in a highly collaborative environment by performing configuration of compliance requirements
- Interpret and communicate compliance monitoring impacts based on compliance requirement definitions
- Use HR attributes to determine required professionals based on course owner specifications
- Run reports and validate course populations
- Assist business owners with completing intake template and workflow to identify and configure compliance requirement populations

Ethics & Compliance
The Ethics & Compliance group manages and monitors certain fundamental compliance requirements such as personal independence, CPA licensing, CPE, and mandatory training. As members of Ethics & Compliance, the Compliance Monitoring team tracks professionals’ compliance with mandatory requirements and provides escalation reporting and support to the firm.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with experience in a compliance role
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, with the ability to stay focused to self-manage assigned monitoring and project goals and meet deadlines
- High degree of professionalism and discretion with ability to handle high-level confidential data
- Proficient Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly learn and use SAP (HR), ServiceNow, Deloitte Compliance Platform, and Deloitte Learning Reports.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $49,400 to $91,000.
