Position Summary

An industry solutions professional who wants to work in a collaborative environment. As an experienced Epic Willow Analyst, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. If so, consider an opportunity with Deloitte under our Project Delivery Talent Model. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Project activities includes but not restricted to:

  • Design, build and configure Epic Willow Inpatient/Outpatient and any supporting third- party applications; develop and maintain system process documentation and outline process steps using appropriate tools; identify and implement requested changes to the system
  • Participate in or lead multiple stakeholder meetings; Understand project planning and coordination, project management and provide frequent updates on the milestones
  • Participates and leads stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, communicate key milestones and updates to the operation, stakeholders
  • Design and develop test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing; Perform unit, system, and integration testing per standards, to include negative and regression testing; documents outcomes; secure Go/No Go decisions; promote the changes to production and support the client post go-live

The Team 

The US Core Industry Solutions Offering encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core our client’s business. We incorporate expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy. Core Industry Solutions will be known in the market for a focus on transforming industry operations through industry technology solutions. 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • This role is remote.
  • Minimum of 5 + years of related Epic Willow Inpatient experience and ability to assess business requirements, implement and provide support
  • Epic Willow In-patient & Ambulatory certification
  • Experience with Willow inpatient build, testing, requirement analysis, Community Connect experience, Upgrade experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • In depth understanding about SDLC, ITIL, ServiceNow or any other ITSM tool
  • Experience in supporting an Epic Implementation
  • Experience in gathering requirements, specification development and creation of design
