Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Project activities includes but not restricted to:
- Provide Epic system Tier-2 Application support and assist in implementation of CRM and AP Claims modules for the client.
- Support system activities such as setting up CRM workflow, maintaining/creating letters, creating tasks etc.
- Incident Management and Production Support to manage and monitor module specific activities and resolve any issues.
- Help client with strategic project implementations, coordination, system configuration and testing.
- Apply technical expertise in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues logged in by clients.
- Analyze, identify, and advise any workflow changes and document the same.
- Understand the business requirements and draft technical documentation for system implementations.
- Regular communication with client and project leadership to ensure smooth functioning of project.
- Supports the stability, availability, and performance of Epic systems by performing analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage migration through data courier and content management process.
- Supports the CRM process by working on updates to CRM system definition.
- Work on AP claims workflow such as creating rule checker, workqueue, Tapestry profile updates etc.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 + years of related Epic Tapestry experience.
- Epic Tapestry certified in CRM (or) AP Claims modules.
- Knowledge on Epic Tapestry implementation and support.
- Understanding of Managed care workflow and claims processing.
- Good understanding on CRM and AP Claims workflow.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- Preferred any other Health care revenue cycle certification.
- Certification and experience in other Tapestry modules such as Accounts payable and/or Eligibility and Enrollment Administration.

This compensation range is specific to Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 - $122,000.
