Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions
- Mentor engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards
- Plan, coordinate, design, develop and facilitate the data and technology solution integration based on n-tier, loosely coupled architecture principles
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate security and risk architecture review, and assessment of customer focused architecture solutions, security architecture models, infrastructure architectures
- Solution design, solution development, deployment, manage configuration, deployment, and release management.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- 10+ years of experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, FEAF, and UAF)
- Experience developing web applications utilizing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services at an enterprise level
- Experience with Design, develop and facilitate building and management of data architecture for large scale enterprise in private/federal/state agencies
- Experience design and implement data architecture principles, modeling (logical, physical: OLTP, OLAP), distributed computing knowhow; and designs for data architecture of custom solutions, data warehouse or data lake solutions or end to end data pipelines
- Experience leading development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
- Experience with creating Data Strategies in Data capture, Transformation, Distribution, Usage, and storage for Transactional, Data Warehouse, Master Reference, and Data derived applications
- Travel up to 10% annually
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

- Abacus – Enterprise Architecture Repository and Publishing tool
- Oracle PeopleSoft ERP platform ,IBM Maximo, ServiceNow
- ER Studio/DB Power Studio – Enterprise Data Modelling Tool
- Safyr – Enterprise Data Modelling Tool
- IBM Jazz – Data Repository, configuration lifecycle and document management tool
