Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Currently, working with our project team and our healthcare client, you will analyze, verify, track, and recommend for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle and agile delivery. You will also serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. You will also participate in developing and delivering training programs for current and prospective users; educates practice, site, and corporate management on project operations and procedures.
In addition, you will assist implementation team in configuring HIPAA rules based on System policies and legal requirements. You will also ensure processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements. You will also be responsible for performing solution audits; resolve discrepancies, as required. You will also collaborate with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
In this role as Senior System Analyst, you will consult with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation. You will also conduct post implementation satisfaction surveys; advise management of results and recommends actions; troubleshoot issues and resolves concerns as well as recommend necessary fixes; consult with newly acquired facilities and designs transition and implementation plans. You will be operating under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

- Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
- Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise build for iProcedures
- Experience with analysis, verification, tracking and recommendation for Project, Product and Solution implementation and maintenance
- Experience as a liaison between various agile teams and project teams
- Experience recommending and delivering product and solution plans and training materials throughout implementation and helps ensure smooth operations post implementation
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Role is remote
