Deloitte's Engagement Financial Advisor team is comprised of professionals specializing in project and account operations serving as a focal point for aspects of engagement, program, and account management control. Engagement Financial Advisors provide engagement management knowledge for the entire project management team(s) by assisting with initiating and controlling organization and logistical aspects of projects. Their greatest value, however, is in the understanding and application of engagement business and financial processes, both to individual projects and to client accounts.

The Team

Our Engagement Financial Advisor team, part of Deloitte Services LLP, helps clients define what they need and how it can be delivered. We work with clients to define their projects’ scope in as much detail as possible using advanced financial, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. We provide realistic cost estimates that account for projects’ phases and activities, people, materials, hardware, and software and produce the best- and worst-case estimates using leading-edge project and client management software to keep clients’ projects on track and on cost.

Work You Will Do:

Deloitte Services LP employs a hybrid work model that capitalizes on the benefits of both virtual and in-person experiences by identifying those activities that create the most value for you, your teams, and your clients when performed together in-person. You are expected to indicate your preference for travel and co-location and keep this information current as your circumstances change. We will take your preference information into consideration in addition to the nature of your role, project expectations, clients, and industries/sectors you serve as we work together to match you with staffing opportunities. However, you should expect that there will be assignments with Deloitte Services LP that require travel to its clients' places of business and may require out-of-town overnight stays. Due to the nature of Deloitte Services LP business, we cannot predict when an out-of-town assignment may occur, how long it may last, or where the client may be located.

Travel and assignments to out-of-town client locations are based on project expectations and the needs of the client. Local assignments that do not require an overnight stay may require that you commute to the client site and/or Deloitte office. Out-of-town and local travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Deloitte Services LP Expense Reimbursement Policy. Additionally, all personnel traveling internationally to the U.S. from another country must follow the international travel guidance defined by the CDC, including vaccination and testing requirements in place at the time of travel to the U.S.

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

  • At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
  • We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
  • We have not authorized any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.
  • We consider candidates on merit and that we provide an equal opportunity to eligible applicants.
  • No one other than designated Deloitte personnel (e.g., a Deloitte recruiter or Deloitte hiring partner) is permitted to extend any job offer from Deloitte.

Anyone who at any time has made or makes any payment to any party in exchange for promises of job or selection for a job with Deloitte or any matter related to this (including those for ‘registration’, ‘verification’ or ‘security deposit’) or otherwise engages with any such person who has made or makes fraudulent promises or offers, does so (or has done so) entirely at their own risk. Deloitte takes no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorized or fraudulent actions or engagements. We encourage jobseekers to exercise caution.
